The 2026 5th International Conference on Power Electronics and Electrical Technology (ICPEET 2026) Concludes Successfully

第五届电力工程与电气技术国际学术会议(ICPEET 2026)圆满落幕

 

From June 26 to 28, 2026, the 2026 5th International Conference on Power Engineering and Electrical Technology (ICPEET 2026) was successfully held in Mianyang, Sichuan, China. The conference was hosted by Mianyang Teachers' College, and organized by the School of Intelligent Manufacturing, Mianyang Teachers' College, Sichuan University, Xihua University, and Inner Mongolia University of Technology, with co-organization from Shaanxi University of Technology, Qingdao University of Technology, Southwest Petroleum University, and Southwest University of Science and Technology. The conference brought together experts and scholars from universities, research institutions, and enterprises around the world, engaging in in-depth exchanges and discussions on the two core areas of "Power Engineering" and "Electrical Technology".

2026年6月26—28日,第五届电力工程与电气技术国际学术会议(ICPEET 2026)在四川绵阳成功召开。本次会议由绵阳师范学院主办,绵阳师范学院智能制造学院、四川大学、西华大学、内蒙古工业大学承办,陕西理工大学、青岛理工大学、西南石油大学、西南科技大学协办。会议汇聚了来自国内外高校、科研院所及企业的专家学者,围绕“电力工程”与“电气技术”两大核心领域展开深入交流与探讨。

Wang Li, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Mianyang Teachers' College, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. He noted that the university would use this conference as a bridge to build deep cooperation with all parties, consolidate innovative consensus, and inject new momentum into the development of power engineering and electrical technology.

绵阳师范学院党委常委、副校长王力出席开幕式并致辞。他表示,学校将以本次会议为纽带,架设与各方深度合作的桥梁,凝聚创新共识,为电力工程与电气技术领域发展注入新动能。

 

The conference invited four distinguished experts to deliver keynote speeches.

会议邀请四位知名专家作主旨报告。

Prof. Xianyong Xiao, Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering, Sichuan University, presented a report titled "Power Quality Disturbance Analysis in Modern Power Grids: From Data-Driven and Model-Driven to Hybrid-Driven", addressing the new challenges brought by high-penetration renewable energy and high-penetration power electronic equipment, and proposing a novel analysis approach transitioning from model-driven, data-driven to model-data dual-driven methods.

四川大学电气工程学院院长肖先勇作题为《新型电网电能质量扰动分析:从数据、模型驱动到联合驱动》的报告,针对高比例新能源、高比例电力电子设备带来的新挑战,提出从模型驱动、数据驱动到模型-数据双驱动的新型电网电能质量扰动分析方法。

 

Prof. Pinjia Zhang, a tenured associate professor at Tsinghua University, delivered a report titled "Intelligent Sensing and Monitoring Methods for Motor Systems", covering three major aspects: insulation monitoring, mechanical monitoring, and thermal monitoring. He introduced novel monitoring and prognosis methods for insulation faults based on leakage current measurement, intelligent drivetrain monitoring based on electromagnetic torque injection and monitoring, and maximum load capacity control based on thermal monitoring.

清华大学长聘副教授张品佳作题为《电机系统的智能感知与监测方法》的报告,围绕电机系统绝缘监测、机械监测与热监测三大方向,介绍了基于泄漏电流测量的绝缘故障新型监测与预测方法、基于电磁转矩注入与监测的传动系统智能监测方法,以及基于热监测的最大负载能力控制方法。

Prof. Taiqiang Cao from Xihua University presented a report titled "R&D and Demonstration of Clean Energy Microgrids for Industrial Parks", systematically elaborating on key technologies including microgrid power supply reliability, energy management and cooperative control, electricity-carbon coupling supply-demand interaction, power quality improvement, and intelligent fault diagnosis.

西华大学教授曹太强以《工业园区清洁能源微电网研发及示范应用》为题,系统阐述微电网供电可靠性、能量管理与协同控制、电-碳耦合供需互动、电能质量提升及故障智能诊断等关键技术。

 

 

Prof. Shunli Wang, Academic Dean of the School of Electric Power, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, delivered a report titled "Power Electronics and Electrical Engineering-Oriented Multi-physics Composite Modeling and Intelligent Safety Control for Energy Storage in New Power Systems", proposing a multi-feature fusion-based characterisation method for internal battery properties and constructing an online estimation framework for key battery state parameters based on multi-dimensional information fusion.

内蒙古工业大学电力学院学术院长王顺利作题为《面向电力电子与电气工程的新型电力系统储能多物理场复合建模与智能安全控制》的报告,提出基于多特征融合的电池内部特性表征方法,构建基于多维信息融合的电池关键状态参数在线估计框架。

In addition to the keynote speeches, the conference also arranged multiple oral presentations and poster sessions. Eight young scholars from institutions including Mianyang Teachers' College, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Inner Mongolia University of Technology shared their latest research findings.

除主旨报告外,会议还安排多场口头报告与海报展示。来自绵阳师范学院、西南交通大学、内蒙古工业大学等高校的8名青年学者分享最新研究成果。
